Training it one can achieve great results that are seen

I'm big fan of healthy life and exercising.This is a guide book teaching calisthenics in a progressive way, increasing in intensity and difficulty.
At the beginning of the book, this book is called a bible that one needs to do exercises. One should use four simple steps to improve the results. These tips would include being prepared, staying focused, be commited and think long-term.
Calisthenics is a form of art where the whole body is strengthened as a unit. Training it one can achieve great results that are seen.
It is very important to warm up properly, book describes exercise for each and every part of the body. The ehing I like very much is no matter how difficult is, one does not need much equipment.
All that one needs is to have good will and hard work.

I’m pretty fit already but street workout is a different animal ...

Learning parkour and my instructor / trainer told me to learn street workout on the side to build up the muscles I will need for pulling, pushing and jumping.
I’m pretty fit already but street workout is a different animal altogether. This seems a solid guide though, and will definitely help with my training.
Would probably be good for other sports too, after all it’s all using your own body weight.
Happy with this and can safely recommend it.

I received this book for free for my opinion on the book. This book is great because it has a warm section that shows you how to warm up properly. Shows a wide variety of beginners calisthenics exercises like push ups and pull ups. The exercises show a picture and a description on how to do the exercise and how your form is suppose to look like. There are many exercise to do from beginner to advance. Great Book.
