I am very happy with my purchase of this amazing fitness book. I am more of a fan of Lucy now knowing about her struggles and what it has taken to get her there. Needless to say, there is much wisdom and Lucy ghost wrote a great book with a great mix of personal beauty tips, life experiences, TOWIE stories, and fitness and nutrition advice, which all is very accurate and helpful. Thank you Lucy, i hope you write more books. :)
