KEIGO HIGASHINO is the bestselling, best-known novelist in Japan and around Asia, with television and film adaptations of his work in several languages and many prestigious awards. He's the author of "The Devotion of Suspect X," the English translation of which was the finalist for the Edgar Award for best novel, and "Salvation of a Saint." He lives in Tokyo, Japan.

An outstanding story

A really superb page-turner. I read A LOT of mystery, crime and psychological thriller novels, and this is among the most original storylines presented in a most original format that I've ever read. The changing perspectives and the constant rethinking of what to believe or discard, how to connect the dots and so on, kept me glued to the reading.
Also, hats-off to the translators, as this is very comfortable reading in the translated form.
I have already ordered two more of his novels. I'm very happy to add a 'new' author to my favourites list.
